Frequently Asked Questions

  • Is there a fee for our services?

    Yes! A small fee is applied once a product or service has been completed. There is no upfront fee to get you started. Our fees are 15-25% of the total cost of an order.


  • Do you ship all types of products?

    We handle all type products no perishables, chemicals, ammunition, or explosives!


  • What makes Quick-Brain, Inc. better than its competitors?

    We work exclusively with clients to get the exact products they are looking for.

  • How will we know if there’s a problem with our order?

    We will immediately notify you if  there is a problem with your order.  Some international products may not be shippable. Due to the current status of the ports,current law,country tariffs or compliance restrictions.


  • Is there a minimum or maximum order amount ?

    No! There is no minimum or maximum order required. Most orders are $25.00 or more excluding shipping & handling cost. Some orders may include mutually agreed upon additional cost or fees .

  • Do we ship US companies’ products that are forbidden from being shipped to other countries?

    This only applies to international shipments. Absolutely not! That is not permissable under any circumstances unless we receive permission to

    ship to another country or entity. Our first rule is to adhere to the policy of any company or manufacturer's product brands rules, regulations and shipping restrictions.

  • Can we use our own shipper to help defray shipping cost?

    We do not use third-party sources to process or ship our orders. We use our own internal

    network of shipping vendors.

  • How long will it take to get a response with an initial search?

    Once we have the information on what you are looking for. We will follow-up immediately if it's located! No more than (48) hours to complete an in depth search.


  • What do I need to do to start the process?

    If you already know what products you want and you can provide a detailed US or Int'l item number. UPC Code, SKU number information, etc. Any additional information provided speeds up the processing of your product request.


  • How much do you charge for your services?

    As we stated earlier there is no upfront fee to initiate a product search for you. Only a small fee is applied once what you were looking for has been located! Our fees are 15-25% of a total order excluding shipping & handling cost. A change order may include mutually agreed upon additional fees associated with your initial order.

  • Can't I just look this up myself?

    You sure can if you're successful. Use our twenty plus years of  experience locating all type products. It will save you both time & money!
